The Rental

Suitability

The premises are suitable for 50 guests.

On request following equipment may be available:

1 refrigerators (278 liter)
1 Ice machine
1 electric hot plate
1 mulled wine cooker (25 liters)
Central music system for the bar and dancefloor
- DJ booth: XLR Left & XLR Right, female connectors
- Bar area: Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack
Music system in the games room
- Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack, lightning, USB-C
Projector screen and projector (HDMI) on the dancefloor
Screen at the bar area (HDMI)
Party lighting and DMX controller
3 tables with seating
4 bistro tables with folding chairs
3 standing tables
9 Movable lounge elements with lounge tables
Billiards table & accessories
Foosball table
3 beer pong tables (each with 20 cups and 2 balls, CHF 5)
Party games

The premises must be returned in the same condition as found.

Consideration must be given to the residents of the Türmlihuus.

The complete regulations will be provided upon request.

The rental price depends on the type of event. Events such as game nights, meetings, and similar activities may receive generous discounts.

Regardless of the rental price, a deposit of CHF 500 will be charged.

Rent and deposit are to be paid before key handover.

Please inform us about the following points when making rental inquiries:

On which day is the event planned to take place?
During what time period is the event planned to take place?
From what time will space for preparation be required (key handover)?
When can the premises be returned? (No later than 14:00 the following day)
What is the purpose of the event (birthday celebration, club meeting, class reunion, etc.)?
How old is the organizer? o Is the organizer a student?
How many guests are expected (maximum 50)?
Will there be any underage guests present?
What facilities are needed (Refer to the list)?
